Leasing

Since 1997

We lease all types of containers on short, medium and long term basis; containers are available in key demand locations around the world. Rent varies according to the type of equipment chosen, the quantity and duration of the contract. Sogeco International is able to offer competitive rates, flexibility during both release and redelivery of the containers and ability of leasing smaller batches. We also provide interesting finance lease solutions, always being able to customize your containers.

One Way Leasing

Since 2003

With one-way services, customer can also lease the containers on a voyage basis. Often referred as cabotage, this service can avoid the cost of empty transport of a container back to departure once the freight is delivered at destination. We offer opportunity to lease a container which can be picked up at one location and returned to another location. Both parties can benefit from the One-Way move, both in terms of operations and cost saving.

Customization

Since 2004

If details make the difference for the customer, customization can be arranged. At the factory or in Sogeco’s depots throughout Italy, with our skilled personnel we can customize sold containers with buyer’s colour and logo as well as with other non-structural details.

Transport

Since 1991

In order to provide a complete service to customers we can arrange trucking of our sold and leased containers, empty or full, with standard or self-sustained trucks, from the depot of origin to the required destination (typically depot – loading point – sea port) or to customer’s yard. Thanks to our bulk contracts with rail and ferry operators we can deliver containers from northern to southern Italy, islands included, and also to a number of European countries.

Storage

Since 2002

In our depots in Italy totalling 70,000 square meters of storage space, we can store customers’ owned containers and provide repair services, if required. Our depots welcome shipping lines, NVOCC’s, container lessors, transportation and rail companies as well as all other container operators.

Container Conversions

Sogeco has been converting ISO containers for his customers for many years ;required modifications to ISO containers are at first engineered and then built into them ,in full compliance to prevailing norms and regulations.
